debts totalling $75,000.00 or less (excluding mortgage on principal residence)
duration of proposal cannot exceed 5 years

($1 = 1 vote), the proposal binds all creditors to its terms. We assume responsibilty and are obliged to collect your payments and make the necessary distributions to your creditors.
